Sue provides coaching, learning & development services tailor made for individuals and organisations.  Her career and business coaching practice is person centred and helps individuals develop their work.  Sue has worked in a wide range of capacities from small-scale company manager, venue programmer, education director, university lecturer and freelance consultant since 1989. 

Over the last 15 years Sue has developed her coaching practice so that she is able to work with a wide range of people at different stages of their careers. Her practice draws on theories of learning, development and cognitive-behavior coaching. Her aim is to help people consider their present and develop solutions to help them in their future work.

Recent clients have included a BBC Performing Arts Fellow, and individuals from local, regional and national organisations.
