Charlton Associates has been helping small and medium sized enterprises to manage their HR and organisation development needs for over ten years.

Our practice has grown from direct experience of working in small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s) in the third sector and also arts, education, and health.   We have learnt that to thrive enterprises, of any scale or sector, need to work well with all their staff, paid or unpaid.

By being flexible and accessible we can tailor our services to the size and budget of your organization. Services can be engaged on an ad hoc, project or retained basis.
